SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Once we confirm payment for your order and package it, we notify Correos to collect it for shipment. From that moment, the delivery times are as follows:

  • Shipment via Correos: You will receive it at your address within the next 48/72 business hours.

DELAYS

These delivery times may vary in the following situations:

  • If the shipment is not to Mainland Spain.

  • If the shipping location is a rural or hard-to-reach area.

  • If the shipment coincides with periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas campaign, promotional days, exceptional situations, holiday periods, etc.).

  • 90% of shipments arrive within the specified timeframes; however, transport companies may experience unforeseen events that may delay package delivery. We advise making purchases with a margin to cover such incidents.

IMPORTANT: El Valle is not responsible for second shipments resulting from incorrect or erroneous shipping addresses. We ask that you always review the shipping details to avoid these incidents, as well as your phone and email information.

TRACKING

Correos: You will receive a tracking code by email once we confirm the shipment of your package.

SHIPPING COSTS

In the following table, you can check the transport rates. Remember that shipping costs are free for purchases over €30 (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), and over €50 it's free in the Canary Islands.

  • Shipping costs Peninsula (Correos)

    • Up to 2 kg: €4.62

  • Shipping costs Canary Islands (Correos)

    • Up to 2 kg: €9.16

  • Shipping costs Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (Correos)

    • Up to 2 kg: €5.02

  • Foreign shipping costs (Seur)

    • Depend on the group of countries:

      • Portugal from €5.40 + VAT

      • Andorra from €5.80 + VAT

      • Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Vatican City) from €14.20 + VAT

      • Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia) from €27.41 + VAT

      • Zone 3 (Switzerland, Norway) from €32.60 + VAT

BREAKAGE DURING SHIPPING

If you have received a package with broken items, don't worry, follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the package exterior, shipping label, package interior, and broken products.

  • Contact us via the form, specifying your order number and your information, explain what happened so we can assist you, and we will get in touch with you.

  • We will respond as soon as possible and send you the corresponding replacements.

  • Claims are not accepted after 7 natural days from the package receipt.

PICKUP

If you choose the pickup option when paying for the product, there will be no shipping cost, but you must physically go to the pickup point once your order is confirmed. The package will be held for you for 5 days from confirmation; if you are unable to pick it up within this time, please contact us to arrange a solution.

This is a commercial store called "Verso by Rose."

The store's location is: C. Perez Carrillo, 13, Dúrcal, Granada, Andalucía, 18650, Spain.

With the order code and your ID, the store assistant will hand over your product.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

SATISFACTION OR RETURN

If the customer is not satisfied with their product, the maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. In this case, shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns will only be accepted for products that have not been tampered with.

Before making said return, the customer must contact us within the indicated period through the e-mail contact form , where we will tell you how to proceed with the return.

Important: the amount will not be refunded or any merchandise reshipped until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified.

The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, not including shipping costs if any, and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the customer.

If a product is sent incorrectly, the claim period for its replacement by the customer will be 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Once this date has passed, the replacement will NOT be possible.

DEFECTIVE ORIGIN PRODUCT

Once we receive the defective product we will send you another one. In this case the change will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be invoiced for the first shipment, and we will be responsible for the shipping costs corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return and new shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.

This website will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
